Hi all,
This morning we organized all our monthly writing samples into a book to take home. The idea is that these are the kids own writing, no help from adults other than a word bank. You can see your kids progression over the year as we learn to write more and learn more techniques such as punctuation and spelling rules. Enjoy reading your children's work over grade 2!
We also did some mathletics and word work as we did the 'ng' comprehension passage. We played on the compound for gym and then put some more work in folders to take home.
Reminders:
Tuesday is the last day of school. It will be a normal full day.
There will be a goodbye assembly on the last day that parents are welcome to attend. Please join us in the gym at 1pm.
Report cards will be online. Check your mycbe account on the last day to access your child's marks and comments
